Neil Making Porridge

The porridge is made in the traditional way using oatmeal. Preparation begins the night before.

Dinner consists of a five course meal using fresh local produce where possible.

There is a different menu each night.

Sample Breakfast Menu

Selection of Cereals and muesli Grapefruit segments and prunes
Fresh orange and apple juice Selection of breakfast teas and coffee
Sausages Bacon
Black pudding
White Pudding
Eggs(Poached, scrambled, fried or boiled)
and finally Kippers

Local Smoked Salmon
Roast Lewis Lamb with new potatoes and selection of fresh vegtables
Selection of cheeses oatcakes and crackers
Selection of teas / coffee & mints
